According to the resolution of the Extraordinary General Assembly dated 11/04/94, the capital of the company increased from one billion Rials to 150 billion Rials. The residential project of Chashmaz with an area of ​​53,500 square meters and a total infrastructure of 170,000 square meters and Bagshahr Golbahar project with an area of ​​28,800 square meters and an infrastructure of 17,800 square meters are among the flagship projects of the company.
